The following details the conference fees for the IBGS:
$100 - Full registration (Thursday - Saturday), includes the networking reception, conference materials, choice of lectures and extended library research hours.
$75 - -Single Day Registration (either Friday or Saturday), includes conference materials, choice of lectures and whatever extended library research hours that are applicable for the day chosen.
Meals are optional:
Friday Luncheon, with keynote speaker-to be announced-choice of one of the following entrees.
$25 - Braised Beef Burgundy
$25 - Grilled Breast of Chicken
$25 - Vegetarian Meal - Vegetable Primavera
Saturday evening Banquet, African Attire encouraged, with keynote speaker -to be announced-choice of one of the following:
$50 - Chicken and Shrimp
$50 - Miso Rubbed Salmon $40 - Vegetarian Meal - Grilled Egg Plant
Please take a moment to register as soon as possible so that you are ensured of receiving the conference materials and reserve your spot for the luncheon and banquet. Financially, if it helps to send in the payment for registration and then follow up with the meal payment the next month, a form must be submitted for each person and request.
All registration and meal payments must be in US currency.
To guarantee conference materials, your registration must be submitted by August 31, 2012.
All volunteers are required to be registered.
