VENDOR/EXHIBITOR SPACE APPLICATION

New: Vendor/Exhibitor Deadline is October 23, 2009. To ensure there is table space, please e-mail a completed form to: Vendors@blackgenealogysummit.com. The form is now in word format so that you can populate the fields. Please attach the completed form to the e-mail. You will be notified that space is available and given instructions. You must bring a check, money order or cashier check to the library between 4:00 - 7:00 PM, Thursday, Oct 29th. If you have not notified the Vendors@blackgenealogysummit.com by e-mail on October 23rd, there will be no late vendor registration-no exceptions after this date. The major reason for this change is due to restrictions and limitations placed upon us by the library.
We are expecting a large turn out, so don't wait too long before reserving your space (table).
Definition:
Vendor - are those persons selling some type of product or service, preferably focusing on genealogy.
Exhibitor - are those persons show casing some type of genealogy information, family story or pictures. Money can not be exchanged between the exhibitor and the conference participant.
